Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All our product images are 1:1 real-object photos. The product you receive will be completely identical to the one shown on the page in terms of style, material, and core craftsmanship. Due to differences in screen color temperature and brightness across different devices, there may be very slight visual color differences, which is normal and does not affect the quality of the product itself. If the goods you receive are significantly different from the pictures, or if there are any issues such as incorrect or missing items, please contact customer service at any time. We will provide you with after-sales guarantees such as returns, exchanges, and replacements. Note: The props and scene decorations shown in the pictures are for display purposes only and are not standard product accessories. Please refer to the specification list on the product details page for specific accessories.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can obtain your sales receipt in two ways:
1.Order Email: After successful payment, the system will automatically send an electronic receipt to the email address you provided when placing the order. You can download and save it directly.

2.Account Center: Log in to your independent website account, go to the “My Orders” page, and find the corresponding order to view and download the complete sales receipt.

If you have not received the email or cannot find it in your account, please contact customer service and provide your order number. We will resend it to you.

How can I return an item?

We support 30-day no-reason returns (items must be brand new, unused, in their original packaging, and not affecting resale). The return process is as follows: Contact customer service, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product issue (if any), and request return authorization.

1.After customer service approval, we will provide you with a return address and return instructions.

2.You arrange to send the product back yourself and fill in the tracking number on the order page. After we receive and verify the product, we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days.

3.Note: For returns not due to quality issues, you will bear the shipping costs; for returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will bear the shipping costs, and you can apply for shipping cost compensation with proof of shipment.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly restock popular out-of-stock items. You can click “Notify Me When Available” on the out-of-stock item page, enter your email address, and the system will send you a notification email as soon as the item is restocked. Some limited-edition and discontinued items will not be restocked; please contact customer service for specific restocking plans.

Where can I ship my order?

We support delivery to most countries/regions worldwide. You can fill in any valid shipping address (including home address, work address, self-pickup point, etc.) when placing your order. Please carefully check your shipping information (name, phone number, detailed address, postal code) before placing your order to avoid logistics delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. If you need to change your shipping address, you can contact customer service for assistance before the order is shipped; once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed, please understand.
